Antoine Thomas

Antoine Thomas brings extensive experience in operational supervision, facilities management, employee development, and coaching. His background includes maintenance leadership at Public Service Electric & Gas, property operations management, and union representation involving employee concerns, dispute resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

His experience spans planning and scheduling, resource allocation, vendor oversight, staff training, and performance conversations. Through his coaching work with POSITION Consultants, he supports clients in clarifying goals, understanding their motivation for change, and building accountability for progress. He holds a BA in Psychology and Counseling from Pillar College.
