POSITION Consultants provides management consulting, advisory, coaching, facilitation, training, and related development services. The scope of a particular engagement is established in its written agreement.
Consulting and professional boundaries
Our work may include strategy, growth, operational effectiveness, administrative and financial processes, leadership, culture, performance management, marketing, and customer experience. General consulting does not constitute legal representation, tax advice, an audit or assurance opinion, licensed investment advice, medical care, or psychotherapy. A consultant’s prior experience or credential does not mean that every service is offered in a separately licensed capacity.
Clients remain responsible for their organizational and employment decisions and for seeking appropriate specialist advice. Our own responsibilities remain governed by the engagement agreement and applicable law.
Coaching
Coaching supports reflection, goal setting, learning, and professional development. It is not clinical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. The coaching relationship, confidentiality arrangements, sponsor reporting, and scheduling rules are explained in the applicable agreement and participant notices.
Assessments and reflection tools
Different instruments have different evidence bases and permitted uses. We distinguish established third-party assessments from proprietary research-informed development tools in the relevant instrument’s materials.
Public reflection tools are educational prompts, not validated diagnostics. Developmental results are context-dependent and should be considered with other relevant information and professional judgment. They should not be treated as definitive statements about a person or used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, or other significant employment decisions. Any employment-selection use requires an instrument and process appropriate to that purpose and legal review.
The Business Clarity Assessment is one of these public reflection tools. Its results reflect one person’s view of the part of the organization they can observe over the past 90 days. It does not establish the condition of a whole organization or confirm the cause of a challenge, and its report is a starting point for conversation rather than a recommendation to buy services. How we handle assessment information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Outcomes and examples
Progress depends on engagement, implementation, organizational conditions, and other factors. Case studies should distinguish documented outcomes from illustrative scenarios. Historical experience at another organization is identified separately from POSITION client work. No example guarantees a comparable result.
Technology and P4S
Where an engagement uses AI-assisted analysis or third-party technology, its purpose, information use, permissions, and limitations should be explained before use. AI-generated outputs require human review and do not replace professional judgment or authorize automated employment decisions.
