Trust and appropriate information handling are central to our work. Confidentiality obligations for an engagement are established in the applicable written agreement and participant notices.
Before an engagement
We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to a request. An ordinary contact form is not a secure client workspace or a nondisclosure agreement. Please do not submit confidential employee records, personal assessment results, coaching notes, trade secrets, or sensitive documents through a public form. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel and confidentiality terms.
During an engagement
We limit information access to authorized people with a relevant role. Project-specific agreements establish permitted use, access, security responsibilities, deliverables, retention, and disclosures. When acting on a client’s instructions for personal information, additional data-processing terms may be needed.
Coaching and sponsor reporting
Where an employer sponsors coaching, the participant, sponsor, and provider should understand the reporting boundaries before coaching begins. Do not assume that funding an engagement creates access to private session content, reflections, or individual results. Any attendance, progress, goal, or group-level reporting must follow the applicable agreement and participant notice. Individual developmental information is not automatically available to the sponsor.
360 feedback and group reporting
Reviewer confidentiality, access to comments, minimum reporting groups, and aggregation rules must be explained for the particular instrument before collection. We do not promise universal anonymity: narratives or small groups may make identity inferable. Results are handled according to the agreed confidentiality safeguards. We review reports for re-identification risks rather than assuming that removing names alone is sufficient.
Exceptions and recordings
Confidentiality is subject to applicable law, valid legal process, participant authorization, and any specifically disclosed safety or professional-duty exceptions. Coaching confidentiality is not automatically a legally privileged relationship. Recording or AI transcription requires an appropriate disclosure and permission process consistent with applicable law and agreements; an ordinary meeting booking is not blanket consent.
