Brenda Vallieu brings extensive experience designing and delivering learning programs that connect leadership capability with organizational priorities. Her background includes global leadership curriculum development at Tiffany & Co., leadership training at Foot Locker, and establishing the training function at Innovatix.
Her work spans instructional design, manager development, coaching, onboarding, assessments, and workshop facilitation. She brings experience translating business needs into practical learning experiences and performance support. She holds an MA in English Literature from Montclair State University and a BA in English Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey.
