Cindy L. Taylor brings extensive experience helping organizations translate strategic change into practical operating improvements. Her background spans organizational transformation, operating-model redesign, process improvement, leadership development, and executive coaching, including prior leadership and change-management roles at KPMG, Verizon, and UBS.

Her experience includes redesigning shared-service structures, guiding HR-process transitions, supporting technology adoption, developing learning programs, and helping organizations navigate expansion across locations and business lines. She connects the operational requirements of change with the leadership, communication, and workforce support needed to put it into practice.

Cindy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach and holds Gallup CliftonStrengths, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
