Executive Advisory & Coaching
Confidential advisory and coaching for executives navigating complexity, scale and transformation.
The business challenge
Senior leaders are carrying new scope, transformation and board expectations, with few people they can think out loud with. Their impact doesn’t always match their intent.
- A new or expanded executive role
- High-stakes decisions with few sounding boards
- Leading through transformation or scale
- Feedback that a leader’s impact isn’t matching their intent
Who the engagement serves
CEOs, presidents, vice presidents and senior leaders, and the organizations sponsoring their development.
Questions we help answer
- What does this role require of me now?
- Where are my patterns helping — or getting in the way?
- How do I lead the organization through what’s next?
- Which one or two changes will make the most difference?
Our approach
- 01
Agree
Set goals with the leader and, where appropriate, the sponsor — including confidentiality boundaries.
- 02
Assess
Use assessment and stakeholder input to focus development.
- 03
Advise & coach
Regular sessions that combine an advisory perspective with professional coaching.
- 04
Review
Check progress against the agreed goals.
Engagement scope and duration are tailored to your situation.
Potential deliverables
- Agreed development goals
- Assessment and stakeholder-feedback debrief
- Executive development roadmap
- Regular advisory and coaching sessions
- Progress reviews
Deliverables are what we produce with you. Outcomes depend on how they are put to work, which is why we agree on how progress will be reviewed from the start.
Implementation support
Coaching connects directly to the leader’s real work — the decisions, conversations and initiatives in front of them — rather than a generic coaching package.
How progress is reviewed
Progress is reviewed against the agreed goals. Sponsors receive the progress information agreed at the start; what is discussed in coaching stays confidential to the leader.
