HR Process Transformation & Implementation Support

Redesign how HR work moves — and support the people who will run the new processes through rollout.

01

The business challenge

HR processes have grown up differently across teams, regions or business units. Handoffs between HR, managers and other functions are unclear, a new system or service model is coming, and the organization needs the new way of working documented, adapted and adopted.

  • HR processes handled differently in each region or unit
  • Unclear handoffs between HR, managers and other teams
  • A new HR system or service model on the way
  • Little documentation of how the work should be done
02

Who the engagement serves

HR leaders, HR operations teams and executives responsible for changing how HR processes are designed, delivered and supported.

03

Questions we help answer

  • How do our HR processes work today — and where do they break down?
  • What should the future-state process look like, and who does what?
  • Where do regions or business units need a different version?
  • What training, documentation and support will people need at rollout?
04

Our approach

  1. 01

    Assess

A current-state workflow assessment of the HR processes in scope.

  2. 02

    Design

Future-state process design, with roles and handoffs clarified, developed through stakeholder workshops.

  3. 03

    Adapt

Regional or business-unit adaptations where the work genuinely needs to differ.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Training, documentation and rollout support for the people who will run and use the new processes.

Engagement scope and duration are tailored to your situation.

05

Potential deliverables

  • Current-state workflow assessment
  • Future-state process design
  • Roles and handoffs
  • Stakeholder workshops
  • Regional or business-unit adaptations
  • Training, documentation and rollout support

Deliverables are what we produce with you. Outcomes depend on how they are put to work, which is why we agree on how progress will be reviewed from the start.

Scope: This is process design and change support. We do not provide outsourced payroll administration, benefits brokerage, employment-law advice or regulatory certification.

06

Implementation support

Within the agreed scope, we work alongside your HR team and any system or service partners on process design and the people side of rollout, through launch and early stabilization.

07

How progress is reviewed

We agree on indicators at the start — such as handoff errors, cycle times or adoption of the new process — and review them against the current-state baseline after rollout.

Consultants are listed for relevant background. This does not make anyone a practice lead or mean each person delivers every part of an engagement; Dr. Kelvin Thomas assembles the team around each engagement.
